Bob Hendricks is the Owner and President of Front Edge Inc.
Bob graduated from Waupun High School in 1961. He attended the University
of Wisconsin at Madison and graduated with an MBA in 1966. In 2002, Bob
sold the firm he founded, HOLT Value Associates to Credit Suisse First
Boston. In 2003 he purchased 80 acres of land for housing development. The
property abuts the Fond du Lac County Park and is split by the Rock River.
The property to the west of the river will be known as Fairway Estates and
the property east of the river will be called Woodland Hills. Utilities
construction began in December 2003. Doug Duer owner of Duer
Construction will manage the day to day operations of the development. Bob
sees this housing development as a way "to return something to the people
of Waupun". Bob is creating nature trails on the property with public
access to anyone looking for some exercise. His mother, Phyllis
